Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using any services provided by Hot Spot Wraps and More. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or interacting with our business, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Hot Spot Wraps and More provides wellness and beauty treatments, including but not limited to body wraps and other spa services. Results may vary per individual, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without adjustment to price.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being marked as a no-show.
4. Treatment Expiration Policy
All treatments must be used or rescheduled within 30 days of a missed or canceled appointment. After 30 days, the treatment will be forfeited and considered expired. No credit, rescheduling, or refund will be provided for expired treatments.
5. Payment Policy
All sales are final.
There are no refunds under any circumstances, including for missed appointments, dissatisfaction with results, or expired services. By purchasing or booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
6. Health Disclaimer
Our treatments are not medical procedures and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please consult with your physician before starting any wellness treatment. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in violation of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hot Spot Wraps and More is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions or unsatisfactory results.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
